People and sourcing

 As Vice-President, Brad built a large, highly productive, state-of-the-art, multi-cultural, multi-sourced technology center from the ground up. During the process Brad implemented new enterprise architecture, hired over 100 technical professional employees, developed strategic contractual relationships and established new facilities.  Consistent with Brad's leadership principles, the approach for establishing the new organization leveraged a highly customer focused team-based philosophy, environment and structure.
